China’s Communist Party considers blockchain to decentralize and improve social services

The Communist Party in China has developed an interest in blockchain and thinks of it as a great tool to be utilized for social services within its country To reform and improve the social assistance services in China, On Aug. 25, a policy paper was issued by the General Office of the State Council and the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to empower the departments in different regions regarding those improvements and modifications on the China’s social assistance services.
